Gjøvik videregående skole (GVS) is a comprehensive high school located in Gjøvik, Norway, which provides both academic and vocational education. It is the second-largest high school in the county of Innlandet, catering to approximately 1200 students and employing 220 staff members. The school is a publicly owned institution, fully managed by the administrative region of Innlandet. GVS offers a range of academic and vocational programs to prepare students for university studies or apprenticeships, with the ultimate goal of creating active and responsible citizens of the 21st century. Our school is mainly involved in activities related to mathematics, physics and computer sciences. We organize a national Math correspondence Olympiad every year. Our former computer sciences teacher got rewarded by the Slovak president for his lifelong work in computer sciences (he is considered as a father of the field in Slovakia). In general, our students usually attack the best international positions in all natural sciences' activities. Apart from that, students usually get the top positions in the philosophy Olympiad (recently the first (2018) and the 2x second position (2019) at the international level). The school offers and co-creates with students and teachers a very friendly and inspirational atmosphere, students design and manage their own after school activities and clubs thus the school is almost non-stop busy. The Slovak Debate Association (SDA) is a flagship of these projects. We have a total of 1100 students, of these are 50 IB students, and 120 teachers and staff.

VIII Prywatne Akademickie Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace was instituted in the year 1993 as a private high school conducting the Polish national curriculum. In 2011 the school became also an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Diploma Programme. The vision of the Founder Director Principal Professor Jerzy Waligóra is to ensure thorough intellectual and emotional growth. The school aims toward academic excellence in order to educate and enable the youth leaders to be men and women of character who pursue their individual passions with the help of internationally recognized and innovative academic, and co-curricular programme. Thereby, becoming valued representatives of their local, national, and international communities. The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme welcomes students from diverse nationalities. We have currently 87 IB students and a total of 475 students altogether. There are 99 teachers and staff at our school.

One part of II. Gimnazija Maribor, in addition to academic excellence, offers students the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities, with some of which achieve semi-professional and professional standards. The school became famous for its dance and sports activities, choir, theatre activities. The school pays great attention to developing creativity, individuality and encouraging initiative. Extracurricular activities are thus combined into a comprehensive program called DrugaDruga’ or ‘School after school’, in which we offer students over 80 activities, such as the famous English Student Theater (EST), Drug’orkester, Gnosis Theater and many others. We have currently 60 IB students and 850 students altogether. There are 80 teachers and staff employed at the school.
